He has provided innovative, high-quality training solutions to corporate, non-profit, government and education clients for over thirty years. He combines a strong background in education, training and organizational development with 25 years of experience working with advanced technology. His recent clients include Genesys Healthcare; US State Department, Division of Antiterrorism Assistance; FEMA, Community Emergency Response Teams; Nova Southeastern University; Mariott Hotels; Sikorsky Aircraft; and Center for Economic Development and Population Assistance.

Michael earned his Masters of Education in Organizational and Human Resource Development from the University of Vermont.
