John Dee is an organizational development professional with over fifteen years of experience, the last eight of which have been spent working internationally. Mr. Dee has significant experience assessing institutional and program effectiveness, developing monitoring and evaluation methods and designing and delivering training and learning programs. He is also adept at instructional design and utilizing research and evaluation skills to ensure identification of issues and solutions in both national and international contexts and settings.
As a consultant, Mr. Dee leads restructuring, management development, training, strategic planning, and staff development projects. He also provides capacity building, advocacy and management consulting services to his clients. John has managed teams of consultants and trainers, performed needs assessments and led field assessments and written technical components of proposals.
Over the past years, John has been involved with the training of over 3,000 people. He has also created a six-month management development program for directors of Lithuanian non-profit organizations, recognized by British Ambassador for distinctiveness and impact and funded by United Nations Development Program.
As a CUE team member, John has worked on numerous Instructional Design projects. Most recently, John worked with Baker Engineering designing on-line instructional materials for new FEMA flood mapping system.
John holds a Master of Sciences degree in Human Resource Development from Lancaster University, Lancaster, UK and a diploma in Training Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in London. He is also certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Apfer Motivational Style Profile. John also completed the ASTD E-Learning Instructional Design Certificate program.
